The objective of the thesis is to propose new distributed approaches for interference coordination in LTE-A networks based on two aspects not taken into account so far by the literature: (1) an orchestration of a port-folio of existing algorithms, (2) the possibility to learn in a stochastic environment with possible non-stationary situations.
