Resumé: The aim of this doctoral project is to propose a design methodology to help a designer to size efficiently an embedded system between hardware and software regarding the constraints. This methodology will permit to explore a lot of architectural solutions to find some efficient trade-offs. The targeted embedded systems consist of sensors (analog, digital, mechanical, etc.) to acquire the data, processors to perform images reconstruction and a display to present the 2D reconstructed images.
