Resumé: In this project, we aim to address key computational issues in the context of biomedical research, the detection of distinct tumor cell subpopulations that confer resistance to current therapies, and the prediction which drugs they respond to. Our expectation is that our research will contribute towards the development of a personalized library of drugs against common, resistant, subpopulations. The project is part of a collaboration between the RO team at LIP6 and the Systems Biology group at Institut Pasteur.
