Resumé: Implementation of proactive forensic activities are needed as it will minimize the cost of digital forensic investigation, thus increasing the potential of digital sources of evidence. A common implementation for forensic readiness includes recording system log, capturing multi layer log system, executioning partitioning, etc. Later, this captured data will be use to track data provenance. Data provenance allowing investigator to understand how data object come to exist in their present state allowing them to reconstruct the flow of an attack. However, implementing the stated methods to recreate an attack is impractical as the current method resulting more runtime and space overhead. To address this problem, this study will explore a new method to recreate attack event as for fine-grained forensic readiness.
