Resumé: The Radio Access Network Intelligent Controller (RIC) is responsible for controlling, coordinating, and optimizing Radio Access Network (RAN) function. In this thesis, we are focusing on the design and extension of the RAN functions to support multi-services and coordination in the multi-cell by network slicing. Furthermore, we will design a set of service models deployed in the RAN controller to monitor, control and coordinate the RAN functions. Finally, we will design intelligence service models for data-driven RAN controller to efficiently manage the radio resource for different service requirements by detecting network actions, forecasting network states, and predicting the network effects.
